Your Data Collection.

At dispenseroO.cc, safeguarding your data is of utmost importance to us.

We believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to handling the information you entrust to us.

In addition to outlining our practices in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and FAQ, we believe it’s crucial to dedicate a separate page to explain, in straightforward language, how we handle and respect your data.

Our approach at dispenseroO.cc is simple yet comprehensive: we only collect the information necessary to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your items.

This commitment allows us to serve you in the best way possible. Your trust is the cornerstone of our service.

You are only asked to provide us with the following information when you purchase from us.

  • Your Name.
  • Your Postal Address.

1. Your name.

There is no denying that we require a name on a parcel to make it less suspicious and delivery companies will require a name for “recorded, signed for” tracked deliveries.

However, it is possible to send parcels using a standard (no signatures required) postal delivery without a name and just the postal address, but remember that there is no way to tell whether you have received the parcel or not in case it goes missing, so you can choose this type of delivery method if you are willing to accept that risk.

2. Your postal address.

Without the postal address your parcel will not reach you, so consider this a necessary evil that you can kill after its no longer necessary.

We do not collect any other unnecessary information whether it’s on purpose or unknowingly.

After your package is delivered to you, you can remove the information “name and address” that you provided us with by logging into your account without having to contact us for it to do so.

Customers who prefer us to remove their information rather than doing it themselves can submit their request to us through our Contact Us page.

By keeping things simple and minimal we can prevent the risk of any potential unforeseen circumstances arising in the future.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or suggestions that you may feel will help us in order to improve our services.
